Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process in ATLAS, for what purposes, on what legal bases, with whom we share it, how long we keep it and what rights and choices you have. ATLAS is the data controller.
1. Scope and controller
It applies to the ATLAS iOS and Android app and to this site. It does not apply to third-party sites, stores or services you open from the app, which are governed by their own policies. The data controller and privacy contact is ATLAS: gglemzunigal@protonmail.com.
2. Data we process
We process the following categories of data:
- Device data and identifiers: device identifiers, advertising identifier (where available and subject to your consent), language, operating system and app versions.
- Account: using ATLAS does not require an account. If we offer features that require one in the future and you choose to create it, we will process the data needed to provide that feature: name, email address, game library and any platform integrations you choose to connect.
- Purchases and subscriptions: Premium status and purchase history managed through RevenueCat, including receipts or tokens issued by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full card details.
- Usage and diagnostics: interaction with the app, notifications (with a device token), remote configuration, and crash and performance logs.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address by advertising providers; we do not request precise location.
3. Where we get data
Directly from you (for example, when you enable notifications or make a purchase), automatically from your device and the app, and from our providers (Apple, Google and RevenueCat) as needed to run the service.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and maintain the service (performance of a contract).
- Manage purchases, subscriptions and entitlements, and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest).
- Show personalized or limited ads and measure their performance (consent, where required by law).
- Send notifications you enable (consent).
- Diagnose crashes, ensure security and improve stability (legitimate interest).
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. We rely on providers acting as processors or independent controllers:

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights, safety or integrity, or as part of a corporate transaction (with the applicable safeguards).
6. Advertising and analytics
The free version is funded by Google AdMob advertising. Depending on your consent and settings, personalized or limited ads may be shown. Limited ads use less data for targeting but may still use technical information to deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. You can review or change your consent from the app's privacy options. 7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on recognized legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework. You can ask for more information by writing to our contact.
8. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. As a guide: diagnostics and advertising data according to each provider's settings; purchase records for the applicable tax and accounting periods; and account data while the account exists and for the applicable legal periods afterward.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we detect an incident affecting you, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children
ATLAS is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us with data, write to our contact to request deletion.
11. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability and restriction of or objection to processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

12. Your choices
- Privacy options in ATLAS: reopen advertising consent when available.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (reset or delete your advertising ID).
- Notifications: disable them in your device or app settings.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, for significant changes, communicate them through the available channels.
