Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ATLAS app. By using ATLAS, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using ATLAS you agree to be bound by these terms and by the app store rules (Apple App Store and Google Play). If you use ATLAS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ATLAS. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you need permission from your parent or guardian. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not use the service where doing so is unlawful.
3. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use ATLAS for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the app store rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ATLAS for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Scrape, extract, index, reuse or resell data or content from the service without prior written authorization.
- Interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the service, or attempt to access restricted areas or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent technical measures, except as permitted by law.
- Abuse promotions, create fraudulent accounts, reviews or purchases, or circumvent payment or security mechanisms.
5. Accounts and security
If we offer accounts in the future, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Third-party content and intellectual property
ATLAS shows information about video games, deals, bundles and events obtained from third parties. Game trademarks, logos, images and other content belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes. ATLAS is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.
7. Accuracy of information
Information about prices, availability, discounts, bundles and events can change at any time and may contain errors or delays inherent to third-party sources. ATLAS does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and is not responsible for decisions you make based on it. The applicable terms are those stated by the relevant merchant or platform.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
We offer a monthly plan, an annual plan and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and availability may vary by region and are shown before you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Cancellation and management are handled through your Apple or Google account; uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, purchases are non-refundable by ATLAS.
9. ATLAS intellectual property and takedowns
The app, its design, its trademarks and its code are owned by ATLAS or its licensors and are protected by law. If you own rights and believe content infringes them, email our contact with the work, the location of the content in the service and the information needed to verify your ownership, and we will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.
10. Service availability and changes
ATLAS is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or the service, in whole or in part, and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of data loss.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. This section does not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data loss or reputational harm, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Where the law allows limiting liability, ATLAS's total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim and zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold ATLAS harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using ATLAS at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, warranties, liability and indemnification) survive termination.
15. Electronic communications
By using ATLAS, you agree to receive electronic communications related to the service. These communications satisfy writing requirements where the law permits.
16. Governing law and consumer protection
No exclusive jurisdiction is designated. Mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to your place of residence apply. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted by law and nothing in these terms limits them.
17. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these terms and the referenced policies are the entire agreement about the service.
- Severability: if a clause is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our consent; ATLAS may assign them as part of a corporate transaction.
